Ride for Health!
Blue Cross of Idaho Foundation for Health, Inc. is sponsoring the ninth annual Blue Cruise, a recreational cycling event for charity. This year's beneficiaries are:
- Miles of Smiles Dental Van - provides free preventative dental services and dental education for uninsured children.
- Bikes for Kids - provides bicycles and helmets for underprivileged children.
We need YOUR HELP!
Our goal is to collect 200 bikes for elementary age children. Used child and adult bikes will be accepted. Please bring used bikes or bike parts to:

You can bring used bikes to early packet pickup. Your name will be entered into a drawing for every bike donated
History of the event
The Foundation held the first Blue Cruise "Wheels for Wellness" bike ride in Meridian, Idaho in 2003 and conducts the event annually. The inaugural event attracted more than 100 cyclists and raised $8,000 for its selected charities. With support from generous sponsors, the Blue Cruise event has hosted some 3,221 riders and raised over $122,000 that was given to various Treasure Valley charities including:
